Ritter Re-elected to State Board

Green Bay, Wis. (April 23, 2008) –On Frida,y April 18, The Wisconsin Business Incubation Association (WBIA) re-elected Lori Ritter to the office of Secretary of the Association. Ritter is the Incubator program manager for the Advance Business Development Center, a business incubator located at 2701 Larsen Rd. in Green Bay.

Ritter has served on the WBIA board of directors since 2000 and is beginning her third term as secretary. She also serves on the events and training committee of the National Business Incubation Association (NBIA) and will travel to San Antonio on May 2 to teach a day-long course on facilities management at NBIA’s 22nd Annual International Conference on Business Incubation.

"It’s important that the community knows that we have a handle on best practice in the business incubation industry," Ritter said. "Our program is not only recognized as one of the most successful in the sate, but on a national level as well."

The Advance Business Development Center has operated a successful incubation program since 1987, serving more than 200 companies. The facility offers office and light manufacturing space with attractive lease terms and a multitude of shared services such as office equipment, conference room space, and free on-site business counseling, to growth-oriented entrepreneurs.
