Green Bay, Wis.- (Oct. 12, 2007)- This Thursday, David Yeghiaian of Unique Business Solutions asks, "Are You Asking, Listening, Learning & Acting with Customers?" at the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce’s October Business & Breakfast program. Statistics show satisfied customers are only 57 percent likely to return as customers, while completely satisfied customers are 93 percent likely to return. During breakfast, participants will learn how to measure complete customer satisfaction and learn the proactive six-step process known as AL2ASM-Ask, Listen, Learn & Act. AL2A with customers is a process that proactively engages customer-specific internal touch point and key customers for complete satisfaction and customer engagement.

A full breakfast buffet begins at 7 a.m. at the F.K. Bemis Center of St. Norbert College; the presentation starts at 7:30 a.m. and will last for an hour. Cost of admission is $18 for Chamber members and $35 for prospective members. Online registration closes on Oct. 16.
