Green Bay, WI (February 22, 2007) The Advance Business Development Center (ABDC) incubator welcomes a new tenant in February. Mach IV Engineering and Surveying, LLC, will occupy three offices in the building at 2701 Larsen Rd. in Green Bay.

Mach IV provides professional engineering and survey services to clients throughout Wisconsin. Services include site civil design, storm water management, site development, environmental permitting, land divisions, boundary surveys, infrastructure design, utility design, construction management, flood studies, construction staking and feasibility studies.

The Mach IV Team, consisting of Joel Ehrfurth, Mike Kaster, Bob Mach and Jeff Meneau, anticipates growing the company from its current four employees to six to eight after three years of incubation. Mach IV chose to locate the business in the ABDC for the benefits it affords emerging businesses.

"We're excited to welcome Mach IV to the incubator. The company is a perfect fit for the profile of the type of entrepreneurial ventures we are looking for," says Lori Ritter, program manager, Advance. "They recognize the value of our many on-site resources and flexible lease terms, and they hope to hire NWTC students as part of their future workforce," says Ritter. "This is the kind of synergy that helps to grow successful businesses in our community and offer skilled employment opportunities to our youth."
