Advance Incubator welcomes Harmann

Green Bay, Wis. (Feb. 2, 2009 ) – Advance, the economic development arm of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, is pleased to welcome Lisa Harmann as the Advance Business Development Center/Incubator program manager.

Harmann has more than 12 years of experience in office administration, customer service and human resources, most recently with Legato Marketing & Communications. She has a bachelor of business administration – human resources management from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.

"Lisa brings to this position a wealth of knowledge and experience that will facilitate our external marketing efforts of the
Advance Incubator and its operations,” said Fred Monique, vice president of Advance.

In her new role, Harmann is responsible for the ongoing management and day-to-day operations of the Incubator, including marketing, implementing an Incubator alumni program, conducting research and maintaining an ongoing active presence with the Wisconsin Business Incubation Association and National Business Incubation Association.

The Advance Business Development Center has operated a successful incubation program since 1987, serving more than 200 companies. The facility offers office and light manufacturing space with attractive lease terms and a multitude of shared services such as office equipment, conference room space, and free on-site business counseling, to growth-oriented entrepreneurs.
