GREEN BAY, WIS. (Sept. 22, 2008) - Kristen Neveau of Infusion Inc. is the new volunteer president of Group Purchasing, Inc., a for-profit subsidiary of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.
She replaces Graham Ness of Forsite Benefits LLC who retired as president but remains on the board.
Troy Streckenbach of Marco’s & Jimmy Seas is vice president and Nan Nelson of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce is secretary-treasurer. Group Purchasing also added Anthony Steffek of Denissen, Kranzush, Mahoney & Ewald, SC to the board. Also honored at the annual meeting of the corporation was retiring board member Steve Van Remortel of SM Advisors Inc. who served for five years. Other board members include Andrew F. Hetzel of National Packaging Services Corporation, Denis Kreft of Imaginasium, Joe Malcore of Malcore Funeral Home Inc., Diane L. Roundy of Schenck Business Solutions and Carol Van Vreede of Exhibit Resource by Skyline.
The mission of Group Purchasing is to use group purchasing leverage to obtain favored pricing for services and products of importance to the chamber’s business members. In the past year, more than 1,300 chamber members saved over $2 million on endorsed member discount products offered exclusively to chamber members under special pricing and terms.
