FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Green Bay, Wis.¬- (Jan. 18, 2008) — Who hasn’t dreamed of a technology makeover for their company? Unfortunately, budgets bring us right back to reality.  But now, thanks to a promotion co-sponsored by Camera Corner/Connecting Point and the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, one qualifying Chamber member business will receive an Extreme Technology Makeover for their business – valued at more than $30,000.
The grand prize winner will receive a package that includes an extensive list of technological items that aid in an efficient and effective business place, including a server, desktop computers and monitors, notebook computer, software packages, projector and theater screen, a document management system, a phone system for four users, installation services by Camera Corner/Connecting Point, remote monitoring for one year from the installation date and more. The two runners-up will receive an HP iPAQ.
Rick Chernick, president and CEO of Camera Corner/Connecting Point stated, “We are very excited to be working with the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce to offer this fantastic opportunity to local businesses. Our goal is to enable a local business to achieve success beyond its own expectations by leveraging new technology across a broad platform of information technology and audio/visual (IT and AV) products.”
To be eligible, the Chamber member business must have between five and 50 employees and be in good standing with the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. Three finalists will be selected through an application process and announced at the Business Expo hosted by the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce on March 11, 2008.
“This promotion represents a wonderful opportunity exclusive to Chamber members, one specifically geared to those who can probably benefit most – the smaller-sized businesses that may not have the resources to invest in sophisticated computers and other technology,” added Paul Jadin, president of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.
To participate, access the application available on the home page of www.titletown.org. Camera Corner/Connecting Point encourages eligible businesses to submit a creative video application illustrating your need for a makeover. Submit completed applications to Mary Phillips at Camera Corner/Connecting Point by Feb. 15, 2008. If you have questions about the application process, contact Phillips at (920) 438-0343.
