Dr. Ashok Rai joins Green Bay Area Chamber board of directors
Green Bay, Wis.¬- (March 20, 2009)- The Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce announces the appointment of Dr. Ashok Rai, M.D., of Prevea Health, to its board of directors. Dr. Rai is an ex-officio and was appointed to the board for a one-year term that began in February.
On Jan. 29, 2009, Dr. Rai was named the president and chief executive officer of Prevea Health, a physician owned multi-specialty clinic offering primary and specialized health care to patients throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
He has been employed with Prevea since 2005, when he became Prevea’s associate medical director of operations. In 2006, he was appointed senior vice president and chief medical officer for Prevea Health, where he stayed until January 2009.
The Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce board is now comprised of 28 members.
