Green Bay, Wis. (Nov. 11, 2008) – Learn how to identify hidden leadership potential within your organization at the Business and Breakfast Dec. 18, 2008, from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the F.K. Bemis Conference Center on the St. Norbert College Campus.
Led by Ken Utech and Melissa Borowicz of Utech Consulting, learn "How to Recognize, Grow and Utilize the Undiscovered Leaders in Your Organization." According to Utech and Borowicz, those with the best potential are usually the people causing you the most headaches. While some of these individuals are just negative and enjoy the drama of stirring others up, there are other potential leaders who are frustrated because they know a better way and are just not heard. This presentation is designed to illustrate how to recognize the difference and how to convert this energy into a positive force in your organizations.
Learning objectives include:
- Recognizing negativity from true frustration
- Converting the frustrated leader into a positive force
- Development tools for these emerging leaders
The event is sponsored by Fox Communities Credit Union.
A full breakfast buffet will be served from 7 a.m. until 7:30 a.m. The program starts at 7:30 a.m. and runs until 8:30 a.m. Tickets are $18 a person per session for members and $35 a person per session for prospective members.
