Green Bay, Wis. (May 28, 2008) – In an effort to gauge the Green Bay community’s progress from a young professional’s perspective, Current, the area’s young professional’s network, is conducting a survey of area residents age 20 to 40.

The survey is comprised of more than 40 questions and will be distributed to Current’s membership, but anyone is welcome to take it. The results will include seven categories providing an idea of how well the Green Bay community is progressing versus other communities.

According to Paul Jadin, president of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, "This survey will give us an idea of our handprint on issues that are vital to our ability to recruit and retain the young professionals…individuals who will define and build this community in years to come. I hope everyone who receives it will give us an honest appraisal of where we stand."

The survey can be found on Current’s Web site www.greenbaycurrent.com. Click on the survey banner and once the link loads, enter the passcode "current." The survey is currently open and is scheduled to close Monday, June 30. There is also an option to enter contact info for a drawing for an iPod.

The survey is sponsored by Moving Type, LLC, who is purchasing the comparative results. Current will take the data provided by the survey results and use it to provide direction on what community initiatives need to be focused on.
