Green Bay, Wis. (Oct. 24, 2008) – It doesn’t have to be lonely at the top!
The Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting informational meetings about one of the fastest-growing Chamber programs: the CEO/CFO Roundtable program. Launched in 2005, the local program has grown to six CEO Roundtables and three CFO Roundtables. The program anticipates launching three more roundtables yet this fall.
This program offers a venue for top-level executives to give and receive the benefit of their experiences to help resolve business challenges in a structured and confidential environment.
Each CEO/CFO Roundtable group consists of 10-12 members in charge of a local operation who:
• Have similar company sizes;
• Have no competing interests;
• Represent a combination of service, professional, manufacturing and retail operations;
• Have three or more employees
CEO/CFO Roundtable informational meetings are scheduled Thursday, Nov. 6, from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Holiday Inn-Stadium and Tuesday, Nov. 11, from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at Cambria Suites. Both meetings will include a full breakfast.
To ensure the success of each executive’s Roundtable experience, each participant is asked to commit to:
• Attend an orientation and establish guidelines for the group;
• Attend meetings regularly as the strength of the Roundtable is contingent on the participation of
all members;
• Maintain complete confidentiality.
The program requires an investment fee of $100 annually per person to participate in the program; all participants
must be current members of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and are asked to complete a Roundtable Application/Profile to start the placement process.
To register for one of the informational meetings or for an application form, contact Marilyn Heim
at members@titletown.org or (920) 593-3419. The cost is $20 for existing Chamber members and $30 for prospective members.
