Green Bay, Wis. (Sept. 25, 2008) – The Advance Business Development Center (ABDC), located at 2701 Larsen Rd. in Green Bay, is pleased to welcome two new tenants to its business incubation program.

Curtis Danforth opened an office in the incubator on Sept. 22. Danforth is the founder of O-Tech Solutions, a computer facilities management service. Danforth was referred to the incubator by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). O-Tech Solutions identifies their market niche as within Indian country, both locally and nationally. Danforth was anxious to locate his business within the incubator because the building is situated in a HUBZone and his company holds that certification as well as 8A Business Development, Minority Business Entity (MBE), and the Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) designations.

Paul Nygaard, owner of Innovative Cost Solutions, will occupy an office in the facility effective Oct. 1. The company promotes and sells integrated electrical usage energy audits, system design and engineering studies, and the installation of energy cost reduction systems to commercial, industrial and government clients.

Nygaard opened his business in 2007. He anticipates growing to four full-time employees within three years. Nygaard was referred to the incubation program by the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.

The Advance Business Development Center has operated a successful incubation program since 1987, serving more than 200 companies. The facility offers office and light manufacturing space with attractive lease terms and a multitude of shared services such as office equipment, conference room space and free on-site business counseling, to growth-oriented entrepreneurs.
