Green Bay, Wis. (July 7, 2008) – The Advance Business Development Center, a business incubator located at 2701 Larsen Rd. in Green Bay, is pleased to welcome a new tenant into the center.

Mike Milligan, owner of Legato Marketing & Communications, Inc. will occupy an office in the facility effective Aug. 1, 2008.  Legato is a full-service marketing and communications agency that operates as a virtual agency. 

Legato is a network of five professionals who all market under the Legato name, yet each member still remains owner of his or her own business.  Milligan was referred to the Advance Business Development Center by Maribeth Conard of Conard Creative Group, a current tenant in the facility and a member of the Legato team.

The virtual concept is positioned to prospective clients as a better alternative, as Legato operates with considerably less overhead than traditional agencies.  This lower cost of business allows Legato to offer very competitive rates for strategic market planning; public relations; brand identity and management; graphic design; copywriting; Web site planning, development, marketing, and support; and video, radio/TV and interactive presentations.

The Advance Business Development Center has operated a successful incubation program since 1987, serving more than 200 companies.
